Deleting your data

You can delete the data culture-watch holds for your lupa account at any time, and disconnect any social account you connected (Instagram, TikTok). This page explains how.

Delete from inside lupa

Sign in at lupa.culture-watch.com, open Account settings, and choose Delete account. After a confirmation step, we immediately and permanently:

• revoke and delete the access token for every connected account (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube);
• delete the platform data we pulled — your profile snapshots and post metrics;
• delete your conversation history, your read, and your account profile data;
• sign you out everywhere.

Disconnect a single account

To revoke just one platform without deleting your lupa account, open Account settings → Connected accounts and disconnect it. You can also remove the app from the platform directly — for Instagram, in Settings → Apps and websites.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, email privacy@culture-watch.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

Export first, if you want

Before deleting, you can download everything we hold from Account settings → Export my data.
